The opening forms part of a cluster of new establishments that have taken space in the district, including Barbar's second Dubai site at Bay Avenue and a branch office for Bus Rental Dubai at Damac XL Tower Office 1007. Maristo Hospitality also opened its 13th UAE branch at Bay Avenue, while Centurion Properties completed Phase 2 of the Burj Capital Business Bay tower in September 2025, delivering more than 238 office units and five retail outlets.

Multiple Openings Anchor Business Bay Activity

These moves concentrate food and service operators along Bay Square and Bay Avenue, two addresses that already host established commercial tenants. The pattern shows established local operators choosing Business Bay for additional sites rather than new entrants testing the market for the first time.

Pantry Café operates as a gourmet café and delicatessen, adding to the existing mix of hospitality outlets without relying on external comparisons for validation. The firm's decision to place the second venue in Business Bay follows directly from its documented expansion track record inside Dubai.

Phase 2 Completion Adds Capacity

Centurion Properties' September 2025 opening of Burj Capital Business Bay Phase 2 supplied the district with measurable new floor space that can accommodate further retail and office tenants. That addition occurred alongside the listed restaurant and service openings, creating a single period of concentrated activity.

Furn Beaino, a cloud kitchen operator, has a flagship store scheduled for Bay Square in February 2026, extending the sequence of F&B placements already under way. The sequence of dates and addresses remains limited to the verified announcements from the operators involved.
