Pantry Café's addition at Bay Square expands the portfolio of Retail & Beyond Commercial Investment LLC. Barbar's new branch at Bay Avenue follows its earlier site on Hessa Street. These openings place both concepts inside established commercial nodes that already host other food and beverage outlets.

Bus Rental Dubai selected Damac XL Tower for its latest branch, citing the need for a central base. Domaine Properties chose Business Bay for its new office to support client advisory work. Both moves place operational teams inside the same district where many of their potential customers already maintain offices.

Flagship Store Planned for Early Next Year

Furn Beaino will open its first flagship store in Bay Square in February 2026. The company already runs cloud kitchens in the district, allowing it to test local demand before the full retail launch. The February date gives other operators time to assess footfall patterns in the same square.
