For a typical three-bedroom villa, the unchanged waste collection charge remains 420 dirhams per quarter. Street maintenance contributions stay at 310 dirhams annually per property. Parking permit renewals for one vehicle continue at 180 dirhams yearly. These amounts appear on the same utility statement issued by Dubai Municipality each month.
Budget figures and implementation timeline
The council's 2026 budget paper lists municipal service fees as contributing 14 percent of total revenue collected from Palm Jumeirah addresses. The freeze is projected to hold that share steady rather than allow the 3.5 percent uplift that appeared in the 2025 projection. Payments due after 1 September 2026 will reflect the same rates printed on 2025 statements.
Residents who receive combined bills can expect the municipal portion to match the July 2026 amount. Those who pay by direct debit will see no adjustment to the scheduled deduction. The next scheduled review of the fee schedule is listed for the first quarter of 2027.
