One established route starts at 7 a.m. from the entrance to Deira Creek Park off Al Khor Street, covering a flat 5-kilometre loop that passes the old souk waterfront. A second option operates from Al Murar Gardens near Salahuddin Road, where the course follows shaded paths and includes a short incline near the community centre.

Both locations fall under the Deira Active Living program, which coordinates volunteer timing and course setup each week. Runners can access water stations at the 2-kilometre mark on the Creek Park course and at the finish line in Al Murar Gardens.
