Sleep Clinics Near Burj Khalifa Now Offer Overnight Studies
Facilities near Burj Khalifa and along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard now offer overnight studies for residents dealing with disrupted rest.
How we reported this
Two established wellness providers in Downtown Dubai began accepting bookings this week for clinical sleep studies that track breathing patterns, heart rate and movement through the night.
Summer temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius combined with extended screen time in high-rise offices have pushed more people toward professional assessment rather than relying on apps alone. The Dubai Health Authority reported in its 2025 annual wellness review that 37 percent of adults living between Downtown Dubai and Business Bay recorded fewer than six hours of quality sleep on average.
Named facilities and access details
The Restorative Sleep Centre occupies the ground floor of the Index Tower on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and runs studies six nights a week. A short walk away, the Vitality Lab inside the Dubai Mall medical wing on Al Mustaqbal Street added two new monitoring suites last month. Both sites use the same portable polysomnography equipment and share results with patients within 48 hours.
Walk-in consultations cost AED 450, while a full overnight study including interpretation runs AED 2,400. Appointments can be made through the DHA app or directly at either location. Patients are asked to arrive by 8 pm and leave by 7 am the following morning.
Next steps for residents
Anyone experiencing persistent fatigue or loud snoring is advised to start with a 20-minute intake at either centre before committing to the overnight test. Staff at the Index Tower site can also arrange follow-up consultations with respiratory specialists based in the same building. Those unsure about symptoms can review the DHA sleep checklist on the authority website before booking.
